Happy 4th of July everyone!

I might be going to see fireworks this evening with my family acutally. The fireworks we plan to go see are based on a water front and I hear they are really beatiful.

I hope everyone in USA had a awesome 4th of July. I know i loved Canada Day here in Canada

Yes, I enjoyed my fourth of July. Even though the fireworks show we were going to see got fanceled due to rain, so we had to suffice for the ones on tv and online.

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped breathing, went to the ER, was brought back, given new heart meds, went home, had FIVE PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE FOR FOUR DAYS while I recovered due to people caring and stuff, finally got to do the things of life, had to clean and stuff, then had three freaking storms in a row where my body decided: "hey, you know what? This is a GREAT time to give Leah extreme arthritis everywhere, menstrual cramps, nausea, and repeated headaches all at once!"

-.- However, things have calmed down this week. It's been me mostly relaxing with some Netflix, going to a movie at the theater once, and spending time with my dear friends. They've been getting me through this emotional crap that I've been struggling through, but the last week, I've also picked up Photoshop again. I thought I was just going to toss out Photoshop all together and stop creating, but my friends talked me out of that.

Now, I'm back to making small requests for friends and working on a new project with Ange on his forum, which is going to be a blast--I'm so excited for it! Other than that, I can't say anything new is going on in my life or anything. Just the same stuff. This week has been nice, though, I really needed the cut away from all the stress in my life. =)

Wow Leah! I had no idea! I am glad your getting better now.

I am also glad you didn't toss out photoshop, as you are really good with it.

I hope to work with you another couple projects for BD really soon. I will contact you on FB or skype with details... I think.

Once again I am glad your getting better and things are returning to normal for you.

well yes, you could Brandon, but you'd need a work visa or citizenship to work in Canada, but i also think that the new rule is newly arrived immigrants are required to undergo a psychological assessment in order for the government to determine their need for government assistance or if they can support themselves financially

I am sure I could pass that assessment. Still would have to wait for the immigiration site to come back up though.

i don't know if the assessment is actually needed, but it would be needed if you wanted to apply for government assistance, because the government dislikes having to financially support another citizen.

just how it is unfortunately, they want the citizen to be able to support them self through employment

The answer to your question is quite simple Brandon, it doesn't take long for a person to become greedy and nobody employed by a government likes to have money removed from their usually large government paycheck.
