Count to 50 before a Regular member posts

First topic message reminder :
Hello, The forums been quiet of late... I hope this will get the regular members to sign in/sign up.
All you have to do staff is try to count to 50 before a normal user posts... when this happens it resets to 0.
VIP's count as regular members
Example of staff that counts: Admins, Mods (super and Regular), GFX designers, Voice Over Artists
I'll start - 1

Tigertankfan, you are a regular member... the only people who are NOT regular members are the staff: Administrators, Super Moderators, Moderators, GFX Designers are all NOT regular members.
