Most are accidental and the work of people either smoking or not putting out their camp fires properly.

ya that's very true most fires are also started by Lightning as well that is the most cause start of fire up north and it can happen but down here people set them cuz of there stupidness i hope we don't get another one out this way that would be the 3rd fire out this way if it happend again.

people flicking there cigarette butts out the window can spark it most of it is human caused so it's going to be a Long fire season and where expected to have more fires Localized this year due to it being human caused.

The smokers do cause a lot of havoc don't they. I don't think people realize what one little cigarette can cause (outside of the adverse health effects of course).

Well I couldn't find too much time to post this week. I did come back on my usual day of Sunday. I am sure I could have posted some more just it didn't work out. My holiday is almost over now. Just got tomorrow then back to work for a short week before having the weekend off. But then it will be back to normal until I do take another week of holidays over my birthday week in August Smile

Had a storm here for a bit but it died down within an hour so.

Also the minimum wage has gone up to $10 an hour here.

Been raining here off and on. There was a thunder storm last night but it didn't last very long. There was suppose to be a thunder storm today at some point. But this past Thursday it was a lot of rain. It did clear up a bit on Friday. But not too warm at all. Just in the high 20's Celicus. I am sure we haven't had any days in the high 30's Celicus yet. But it usually gets more hot in my birthday month of August. But that is mostly all that is going on here Smile

We also had some brutal storms here on Saturday. Never seen so much water on the roads before in my life.

I was on my way to work in the monsoon, traffic was going like 15 mph on the Parkway it was so bad outside.

i wouldn't call your storms monsoon type of weather tho normally you see the monsoon out west and it can get nut's out here with the weather Very Happy

If you saw the rain I was driving through, you would have called it a monsoon. Could barely see, even with wipers on full blast. People were going 15 mph on highways where 80 mph is the norm. So that should tell you how bad it was.

The storm also fried many electronics in the town where I worked, so I consider the storms pretty bad.

Yeah, you got to drive real slow and be extra careful in that kind of severe weather. It's always better to get somewhere late, then never.
