Daryll will not leave, are you kidding? He would never leave Rick and the group. I never said that Darryl and Rick and the rest would conform to the rules. I said that the rules will conform to them or Rick and the rest will take it over and run it themselves their way.

have to wait and see, but if anyone's leaving it will be Darryl, and possibly Michonne, but granted it's doubtful

No one will leave, why would you even think that? They will simply take it over, didn't you hear what Rick said "Then we will take it as our own" it is either the place will be reformed to the group's standards or the group will take it over. Plain and simple; But no one is leaving, period.

there will a big melt down at some point, and someone or more will leave, Darryl knows something isn't right, and i think Rick knows it too, but they are waiting for the right moment to put their plan into motion

Exactly but no one from the group will leave, if anything current residents of that new village or town will leave.

I also think there is something suspicious about that husband Rick met while on his night walk. The husband of the woman who cut his hair. I immediately thought we will see a conflict with this guy later on

No not her, her husband and Rick will most likely bump heads later.

I spoke with another walking dead fan today, she said she thinks Diana is playing a mental game with the group.

wouldn't be surprising, people do anything possible to survive in desperate times

There are not really in need yet, more like Rick's group was. They were heading in that direction but they were not there yet.

Exactly so they were not desperate or 'in need' yet. They may have been headed in that direction but they were not there yet.

So a big portion of the pridections made on BD came true, wonderful. I also agree that if the place does not conform to the group's standards they will simply take it and run it by force. I also think there is something suspicous about that husband fellow and HER. Should be interesting to see next week's episode.

yes, the show is getting good again, and worth watching

A take over or at least heavy tensions/fights and/or clashes are bound to happen very soon. Probably this week's episode or the next one.
