Not here. I don't know what the sales tax is in Canada, but here it is 7%, this means 7 cents to every dollar, so a 1 dollar poster would come to $1.07. Walmart in Canada can't help the sales tax amount... they probably set the price as low as they can (on the actual products) but they have little control over the sales tax percentages, so if something cost $1 and the sales tax brings that up to 5 dollars that is beyond their control, also Walmart is not keeping that other 4 dollars, the government gets it. In that way Walmart isn't truly the one overcharging, the government is.

It is not avoided at all here. In fact I know almost for a fact that most people have been to Walmart multiple times in the year, I know people who go grocery shopping there. Maybe your point is true in Canada, but here in the United States it is not true at all.

i bet the walkers will take over Alexandria at some point in the next season, i've also thought about including this show in a piece of writing, but it would involve the Governor, so i don't know if i should back shelf the idea or just scrap it entirely.

No don't scrap it. I wish we could see a fight between the governors group and wolf pack, sounds like it would be a great fight... crazy versus crazy .

that's not quite what i meant, i was thinking i would add a few extra people into the fray, and the two new arrivals would be military or ex-military with sniper training and would offer, at some point, to go after the Governor and Covertly take him out. but it's just an idea that i may or may not pursue, i just don't know yet.

Oh cool! Are you writing your own story mtvfan.

i have been writing for a long time, but i was thinking about one along the line of this show, except i can't think of how to make it go, so I've put this idea on "the back shelf" for a while

Ah ok... Well you don't have to place it on "the back shelf"... sounds like you have a great idea there, please, write it, would be a waste of precious imagination if you didn't.

i think this is getting off topic, so i will say this, i can pick up ideas even if they have been on the"back shelf" for 2 years or more, that's how good of a memory i have, so i think it bestw e get back on the main topic of the thread

Mtvfan... your potential story is about the walking dead.. so in a way that qualifies as on topic.

Just get out the paper and let it flow onto it .

that's the easy part, the hard part is getting it to flow the way i want it to, not to mention how to word the disclaimer saying that the writing isn't for any financial gain

All that can be done last... for now, simply write it down for now .

still toying with the idea, don't know what i will do with it yet

The best way to proceed is to put what you have currently on paper... after this your mind will fill in the spaces for you. The disclaimer and stuff can come last.

still not sure yet, but i suppose i can put some ideas down
