Regardless of who or what it is, I think one is clear: Alexandria is done for.

those walls around Alexandria will hold out for a while, but it's going to be a long drawn out fight

Not against that many walkers! Thats a whole huhe herd! Plus those who would know how to fight them off are currently running through the forest trying to get back there. Its done for!

The prison had much more walkers for much longer. Alexandria has only faced stragglers so far, now it is about to get a full force hit, those in Alexandria are not expecting it, not ready and those who can truly fight them off such as Rick, Machone, Daryl, etc are all not there or still in route there. By the time they get there, figure out AND then stop that horn noise and then prepare to fight, the walkers will be knocking on the front door and it will be almost too late by then.

te walls will hold them back for a while, but it's anybody's guess as to how long before they give out comepletely, maybe they will re-enforce them fro the inside though.

I don't think you comprehend what I mean by a whole HORDE! We are talking hundreds maybe even thousands, any wall, I don't care who strong is going to collapse under that many.

well it still goes to say that it will hold up to a storm for a while, but it will at some point give way, although the it will last longer than the prison fences did, it's only a matter of time before that collapse becomes imminent

It won't last longer then the prison fences, I don't think you understand, Alexandria's wallks haven't been tested yet, they have only straggglers, they haven't had to fence a whole full force horder before, the prison fence did that also daily since the beginning if the apolocalyse and they only failed when the governor drove a tank through them! They stood against more walkers then Alexandria did f9r a long long time. Alexandria is virtually doomed now, if Rick and them were already inside, I'd say maybe it had a chance. Since he and the rest aren't it doesn't much, if any chance of surviving this horde.

Yeah but I dont care how strong it is, if you have a hundred thousand zombies banging on it, hitting if, trampling on it, any wall, no matter how strong is going to collapse under that many.

Also, I believe Alexandria's entrance gate is only a fence, it only takes a small portion of the horde to get in to end it all.

still, with the gate closed they stand a better chance, but the walls will eventually get over run like anything, that's my point
