No I didn't know you did shows on ivlog.

i use to do shows on ivlog but not anymore i just mainly have an account to watch shows but have not used it much since twilightfm is moving sites.

Anyone know if Ivlog has announced whether they will be switching to html5 or not?

As I mentioned on this thread quite some time ago, I have never done a cast of my own on Ivlog. In response to tester's question (which I apologize for being very late), I thought the beta version was decent but I quickly decided that its overall layout was a tad clunky and chose not to cast on it.

There are many things I don't like about Ivlog, such as the fact you have to pay 70 dollars a year for the pro AND the stream key isn't free, basically forcing you to get the pro.

i don't like ivlog for the fact that the Layout looks like someone did bad coding of the Layout and it's to clunky and what brandon said paying 70 dollars for pro and the fact your stream Key is not free is not ok in my book and i think it's a rip off in my opinion on offence to the people that like it and the fact you have to have multi Broadcaster to have other people cast on your channel i also hated that feature as well and it's a Pain to get rid of as well if you want it removed.

The stream key not being free is definitely the biggest turn off for me.

Well I have only went on iVlog to go onto either Martin or Andy's show on there. But I haven't did a show on there. I don't have a pro account just a regular account. But I find it is a good website and I do like going on there when I can. That is my thoughts

I would do that too. Just Andy isn't live too much at all. If he is live then I can't make it to his show. I have seen more of Martin's show on there. But Martin hasn't been live on there in a long time. I haven't been live on there in a long time

i don't really watch mart's show that much cuz sometimes he is on either before andy or sometimes on a day when i'm doing a show so mart's show is a hit and miss for me andys show i try to tune in when i can when he is in the mood to do one.

I have not watched one of Mart's shows in months either mainly because I am either working when he comes on, or I have no idea when he is on since he has no set schedule.

I occasionally watch Mart's show but don't stay all that long as he keeps pushing the cams and I find this to be annoying.

that can be abit annoying for those who don't want to use the cams.

Yeah going on cam should definitely be optional.

i never use cams if i go there to watch i just like to tune in to the show i'm not there for the cams

Twilight FM has told me that the owner of Ivlog did a Q&A last week and when asked about html5 he said it's "in the pipeline". So maybe Ivlog might become html5 before the end of 2020 after all.

i don't think we would count on it there still over features that the site owner has not done either that people wanted and didn't get that they been waiting over 5 years for i Highly Doubt HTML5 will be just as a High priority thing on ivlog Just my thoughts and you know andy he will complan cuz here is lag he always does

Martin is on at different times. I don't know when he is on just random days. I do get e-mails saying he is live but I don't get to see his show at all. He does tell me on Skype some times too. I know Martin does seeing you on cam but that how it is on his show. I haven't seen shows from Martin or Andy in a long time. Andy doesn't go live very much just when ever he feels like it I am guessing

Just an opinion here but I think that Martin takes his shows a little too seriously as he frequently "melts down" whenever a friend of his isn't in the show (or so it would seem anyway). As for Andy, his work schedule doesn't allow for shows which forces him to be on very sporadically. He also wants to try and save up for "a better PC than the one I have now" (or something to that effect).

i thought andy already got a new PC and yes andy's schedule is very hit and miss these days and as for mart i don't tune into his shows cuz he casts at different times and with the countdown to Christmas i do every year i'm tied up so i don't have time to attend shows on ivlog even if i wanted to.

Well it is possible they have been working on it behind the scenes on a private beta test server or something. I mean with how complicated those types of changes would be, he might wish to make sure the new player is 100% free of bugs before he puts on the main site. For that reason he might decide to keep the site flash until near the end of 2020 to perfect the new player and then release the new html5 player and cams before flash support ends in 2020.

Well as Josh said, it is hard to keep up with when Mart is live since has no schedule and just goes on when he feels like it. And often times when he is on I am busy, which is why I can't tune in.

Something else about mart's show that I find annoying is that he whines about it whenever a friend of his isn't in the show multiple times.

well that's really taking thing's to seriously then again it is hard these days for anyone to come to a show i have said many times people are sometimes busy take my shows for instance i keep a schedule were people can tune in and it's been that way ever since now does it mean everyone is going to show up on that day maybe not but me i don't whine about it i move on and keep doing what i do mart should be very greatful people show up at all when he goes on cuz it's not like ivlog get's a big number of views per caster anyways unless your like one of the top dogs that get featured every night and there are a lot that do that's all i'm going to say about that.
