There are actually quite bit of people who listen to it. Especially sports fans, since most sports radio stations are on AM Radio.

True, but still more then you may think. Many folks listen to both AM and FM. I don't know any one who listens to only one or the other.1mtvfan wrote:not as many as before

Gets out further, but reception is usually the only trouble. Sometimes the bad reception is worth it though. Since some programming is only available on the AM band.

I still do from time to time! Mostly for sports stuff like Brandon mentioned. Every now and then I like to check the AM dial, see what is on.

Seeing as I am neutral on mostly everything, I listen to both AM and FM radio stations (very much depends on the radio station though).
