Cables and accessories. Mic cables, USB cables, 1/4" cables, other cables. Also, there are 2 mics there. A Yoga DM-350 dynamic microphone, and a Phonic DM-680 dynamic microphone. A Pyle-Pro PDMIK1 dynamic microphone and an Audio-Technica AT2020USB condenser microphone are missing. My main cables are the Hosa brand. At the bottom of the picture are some guitar pedals. A fuzz pedal I soldered and made with the aid of a kit, a Digitech JamMan XT looping pedal, and a Behringer DR600 reverb pedal. To the right of those is an Art Tube MP Studio microphone preamp.- Spoiler:

I have a very basic setup as of 11/12/2019, and its not all that much to see so I am politely declining to share pics of it.

If you view it in 'classic' version it will be same as desktop.
