Brandon is Jamie's stepson, but is an employee also

He cant be Jamie's stepson because he didnt know him before hiring him, I remmeber because there was a conflict about him only having a class B license and someone forgot to checm his credentials for before he arrive or was hired.

Brandon is Jamie's stepson, if you watch the episodes, you will see and hear it is true

I did... When Brandon 1st arrived, he had no idea who he was or why he only had a class B license, he felt cheated.

well, maybe, but the rules are the rules for a reason, and Brandon needs to get his act together

No doubt. He does need to get his act together though.

if i was in tat position, and had an employee like that, he'd only get 3 strikes to shape up before he got shipped out

well, a bad attitude can creep into everything, so it's best to curb it as soon as possible

What happens if that person is the hardest worker you have? It is just an attutide problem that is the only fault. Do you keep him because he can work hard and put up with his attutide or fire your best worker because of their attuide?

sometimes one has to go with what is best for the company, even if it means firing the best worker there

Well it depends on the cerstainces and the boss, but sometimes it may be worth keeping a grouchy worker that actually puts 100% into his/her work and simply put up with his/her's attuide, other times it may not.

It is a judgement call for sure, it all depends what the boss is willing to put up with and sacrifice to have exceptionally hard workers.

But what if it doesn't affect it and he/she gets all his/her work done.

well then the boss still has to say something to that worker about keeping their temper and bad attitude in check, as it's more of a temper that can affect the company's productivity, although a bad attitude can do the same.

Now what if it is the boss that has a bad attitude.

You know an attuide does not always create issues for a company or bussiness. It can just be a dis pleasure for the boss or what not, but not affect the productivity of the company.

Unfortunately running a company like that seen in this program costs a great deal of money, and a slow-down in business can force layoffs.

Granted. Don't forget this is company on a tv show. It makes more money then probably similar companies.

still, he had to let a bunch of people go, and many of them were some of his best people
