[Official Statement] Possible Forum slowdowns and/or maintence pages

Hello everyone,


Just wanted to create this topic to inform everyone on the site that there is a small possibilty of some slowdowns and/or maintence pages on the BD at certain times. This is due 100% to scheduled Forumotion (our hosting provider/server) maintence to their servers. This is not specific to Broadcasting Duo and beyond our control.


We don't expect there to be much trouble and nothing that could impede the site's daily activites. Just wanted to make everyone aware in case you do experience them.


The maintence is scheduled to contiue for  a couple weeks or so. We will do our best to keep you updated of any potential progress or issues that could effect BD. We  apologize for any inconviences.

Edit: We just found out Forumotion is having some Network issues that began last night, due to this the on-site image uploader here on BD also will not work temporarily. When  sending private messages you may also get a white screen. No estimated date of it being fixed has been given by Forumotion yet. We will do our best to keep you informed though.

I also have an update from Forumotion for you all: The image icons and private message white issues have been resolved.

There is now only a small possibility of slowdowns due to the originally scheduled maintence work.

This is tommorow . Be prepared for slowdowns and maintence pages. We are crossing our fingers for us to be unaffected, but prepared for it, just in case.

Just wanted to let you all know, the issues should be resolved now. Forumotion says they finished their maintence and their recent issues have been resolved.


We appreicate your patience through the above issues. You are the best.
