Hello everyone,

I know the Walking Dead is currently a very popular TV Show (on AMC), so I figured I would create a topic just for Walking Dead Discussions!

You can post anything relating to the Walking Dead here. Discussion related to it's spin off show Fear The Walking Dead or it's comedy after show Talking Dead are also permitted in this topic.

Exactly! They have killed less characters this season then last season though, so I suppose that is an improvement .

as much as i hate to say this, it's almost become another soap opera, the idea of someone dying, or getting killed has been used much too often to keep viewers coming back

Well maybe, maybe not.


Anyway the last portion of last weeks episode was insane! They now have shot Darryl, while I dont think they would kill him off, I mean, it is a possibility, that was at close range. At the very least, he is going to be atleast badly to sigificantly injuried.

All I gotta say is, whether Daryll lives or dies, as soon as the group finds out he was shot, those guys are dead where stand, you shoot someone in the group, especially someone ae important as Darryl, your dead.

yes, it's looking like a lot of people are going to die for shooting Daryl, but there's talk that he won't be in season 7.

Do you think they will really kill him off?

He is the only main character that isn't in the comics, so if they kill him off, they will be killing off the only main character that is unique to the show. I mean many are saying it is already too close to the actual comic, you kill off the only unique, show only main character, forget about it, the show will definitelly probably become an almost exact copy of the comicbooks .

that's just the talk right now, so it's only speculation right now, but if it does happen, the viewership will most likely drop off, or stop completely.

I get the feeling he wont be killed, because the show producers know very well that he is the only character that is strictly show only and that he loved by many fand. Killing off Daryl would be like killing off Rick, Carl or anyone that has been on the show since the beginning.

I have a very strong feeling he wont be killed. Even if he is though, dont stop watching the show, it awesome .

i have a feeling that many will stop watching if Daryl dies.

Well... That was quite the episode. Rick and the group are in quite the pericular situation, one kinda way above their heads.

Good news is, Daryl is alive, like I said he would be, the dude shot him in the shoulder, so he is still alive. Carol is as well, but not in the greatest of shape either. The pregnant woman, I cant remmeber her name for some reason, is not doing too well and looking like she might not make it much longer. I believe we may be saying good bye to Carl now and this Neegan is now a dead man walking because of it. Rick WILL kill Neegan, first chance he gets, even if he has to die himself to do it.

it's looking that way, but a friend of mine says he'd have taken out Neegan as soon as he made his appearance, because that friend of mine is an expert sniper and a master marksman

Only one problem with your friends theory, if he was in Rick's group, he would have on his knees un armed with the rest of them, so how would he have been able to take him out like that? You aslo need to take into account, you kill Neegan, his angry several hundred friends will come kill you and who ever is next in line for the leader position, will take over Neegan's role, so wont do much good really.

Wow what an episode! Looks Rick and the group finally may be in over their heads, these saviors are much bigger then even the governors regime, they must have multiple towns/camps to have that many people .

Did that Neegan fellow really just kill Carl? If so, he is a dead man standing, Rick will kill him the very first chance he gets.

Just an insane episode. Cant wait until next season.

well, knowing that one friend of mine, he's also an expert at stealth, so he knows how to hide, so Neegan's goons would never find him. and once he took out Neegan, he'd pretty much vanish into the night again. not to mention the confusion and havoc created from Neegan's unexpected death would allow Rick and co some time to escape, but again, that's just if it were a real scenario. which it's not, so it's not
something to take very seriously

Oh ok, sounds like quite the friend there. Was in the military or something?

he's actually in the military, but he's on leave for a few months right now, as a good buddy of his, also in the military just died a few months ago, so he gets to watch this show quite often, he was also a police swat sniper for a few years before joining the military,but that's sort of irrelevant to the point of the thread
