lake trip pics?

is anyone still interested in the the pics of the lake trip that ttfan and i went on?

Hello everyone,
I will try and get the rest of the 2019 trip pics uploaded as soon as possible but I have an update to share with you all.
It turns out that, much to my surprise, that the trailer's owner has decided to keep renting her lot despite the financial burden it places on her as well as the drunk and ass-kissing neighbors.

That is good news .

I agree, as I always like going there to "get away from it all" for a while.

i wish i can go on vacation get away for a while i have not done that in a couple of years since i went to a camp ground or anything like that i use to go camping alot when i was younger and it was alot of fun one day i hope to want to go camping again

I'm sure that there are quite a few places that would be a great place to camp out at for a week or two in your part of the world Aaron.

ya true i have not been camping in a couple of years tho.

I haven't been camping in a long time either. Just hasn't worked out to do that at all. Hopefully some time soon if it is works out

my parents want to go camping on thanksgiving i may or may not go by then it will be to cold where ever there going so i might just stay home by myself for thanksgiving

Thanksgiving in the USA is closer to Christmas. Hopefully it won't be too cold to go camping then. In Canada we have Thanksgiving early. It is happening this weekend as it is a long weekend. But hopefully it works out to camping over the Thanksgiving weekend in the USA. I hope it is nice weather then

Indeed Thanksgiving here is in late November here.

i think i might be at home by my self this thanks giving and that is kind of fine with me cuz after the last couple of years i have not been a camping person now if it was just a weekend i wouldn't mind much since it's the entire holiday it's just better to skip it and stay home this year

Sounds like a plan there Aaron. Stay home and enjoy the long weekend. Eat all of that good food over Thanksgiving weekend. I know the lake isn't for everyone including camping in a tent or a camper. But I am sure people like to do that but it isn't something I would do a lot just some times. But it was good when it did happen since it was fun and a good time. But that is all I can say about that

To be honest, my thanksgiving weekend was not the greatest due to the snowstorm and receiving some news about a friend of my immediate family. I also admit that I'd really like to get a chance to pay a visit to my family's old farm and at least try to survey what's left of its buildings before they are bulldozed to the ground.

I've been trying to upload some more photos of my August 2019 lake trip on here recently but things have not being going well. I'll keep trying to accomplish this task though.

Pic 1 is another part of the road that wraps around the trailer park.

Pic 2 is the trailer that I stayed in.

Pic 3 is from August 5th, and shows some train signs that my twin brother wanted someone camping in the park to have.

I apologize for the double post again, but its hard to tell if they post or not from my phone.

Here's another attempt at posting another 3 pics of my summer 2019 trip.
This is a picture of a place called Lake of the woods and its near the city of Kenora, Ontario, Canada. I took this pic after having something to eat in a 2nd floor restaurant in a hotel.


Another shot of the lake here. This one is from the hotel's parking lot.



A shot of some High-cube boxcars near Kenora's train depot. The chain-link fence is quite high and is there to prevent trespassing.

I will post the last two pics of this trip soon folks.

I do what I can on this front. I'll admit that the camera on the iPhone5c is not the most advanced anymore but still does a pretty good job in terms of taking reasonably decent photos.
