Just quick update:

I made whole page from scratch. It's currently primarily based for helping students with tutorials at Croatian...
For now it contains following functions:
- Croatian and English language (for most parts of page)
- Learning page (ucenje.php) where you can find list of categories (for now only I can add new ones, soon possible for all admins and maybe mods)
- poglavlja.php page where you will find list of tutorials for choosen category. Members can post new tutorial but it needs approval of "poglavlja" mod or admin. Authors can post new tutorial without need for approval.
-- You can post tutorial in both text or youtube url for video and it will contain video with few lines of text or only text at main page based on what you choose to post video or not
- poglavlje.php page where you can see whole tutorial with video if it's posted and commnets made by users.
-- Any registered user can post comments as well as edit or delete his comments
-- Admin or mod can edit or delete all comments at tutorials.
-- If tutorial author has that permission, he can edit / delete comments only at tutorials he posted.
- You can register (with e-mail, username, real name and surname (just to be sure we have users and not some bots, you can choose at registration if you want your real name and mail to be visible to users or only to admin - not even mods).
- You can change name, surname, email and password as well as name / email visibility. But if admin notice you are not using real name, he reserves right to ban you or delete your account for false introduction.
- Design needs some changes but base is here.
- You can add avatar with minimum of 300 kb (that is subject to change).
- Photo page where you can see my photo equipement for now, but soon it will get some changes and pictures made by me.

Soon:
- Some kind of forum based system for discussions other than tutorials
- groups management system from website directly (now possible only at database)
