What mics do you use?

Here's a general question; what microphones brands and models do you use?

For general purpose and miking my guitar amp in my recording studio, I use a Shure SM58, Yoga DM520, or Audio-Technica ATR2100USB.
For general purpose on my standard computer, I use an Audio-Technica AT2020USB.
For miking my bass amp, I use an Audix F15 and a CAD bass drum mic.
For miking my drum kit, I use drum microphones that came in a pack made by CAD.

Well over the years I have used Logitechs, LG microphones as well as other smaller brands. Most of which can be found at Walmart.

best buy carries Logititech, for much better prices than walmart

Was just saying they can be bought there and also where I bought mine. Not saying others stores don't have them.

Walmart is a place to avoid for Quality electronics

Maybe in Canada, not nessecarily in the USA.

Yeah but for a more expensive price. I have never encountered a problem with any equipment I bought from Walmart for the affordable price. You know BGRN has had an enormously limited budget since its creation! We cant afford that fancy stuff! Heck we push out our equipement for as long as possible.

still best buy is a better bet for quality, if you can avoid going to walmart

Yeah but more money, the quality won't be terribly much better, it will little, they get them from the same place. Logitech, they are all made the same or atleast in the same way.

Okay guys, we're talking about your favorite mics, not about which store is better.

Anyways, what models of LG and Logitech do you use Brandon? I've only tried Logitech's webcams.

True, but they don't focus as much on the microphones normally. Either way, it was an older webcam so it's probably not a good impression for me.

Oh I don't know the exact brand, as I said, most of them can be found at Walmart, they only carry about 3 or 4 brands, so it shouldnt be too hard to figure out which one.
