Hello everyone,

I know the Walking Dead is currently a very popular TV Show (on AMC), so I figured I would create a topic just for Walking Dead Discussions!

You can post anything relating to the Walking Dead here. Discussion related to it's spin off show Fear The Walking Dead or it's comedy after show Talking Dead are also permitted in this topic.

OH MY CENSORED GOSH! What an episode! We lose not one, but two characters this episode but Carl almost gets his arm cut off by his own father. Rick gets scared s****less and feels almost powerless. Daryl is kidnapped and now the group is in something that is gonna be INCREDIBLY difficult to get out of.

Anyway, RIP Abraham and Glenn (sorta saw Glenn coming, they only tried to kill him off HOW MANY TIMES LAST SEASON). Will post pictures up on this post tommorow in their honor.

For now though, it is time for me to go to bed, got work tommorow.

Anyway, do we think the group might still get an opportunity to kill Neegan at some point and get out of their current predictament?

well, that was sort of a given, remember, he dies in the comics, but Abraham was a major twist

Yes I think Abraham was meant as a plot twist and surprise, (again this is a way to keep people watching every season, plot twists), because he was probably the one person no one would ever have guessed.

also keep in mind that the show deviates from the comic at times too, this is always a factor

Yes it does. That is primarily cause the writer wants it to. The show's writer is also the comic writer and walking dead creator now.

Yes, it does and specific show only characters like Daryl that they will never kill off.

The reason the writer specificly wants devation between the comics and the show is so that when comic readers watch the show it will not be an exact copy of the comics and there will be varations.

I guess not much to talk about this episode, other then Carol and Morgan coming across another group with troubles with these saviors.

I cant help but wonder how many groups are stuck with these saviors. Perhaps if they somehow all rebelled against Neegan all at once, they could win, especially with Rick and them, if Morgan and Carol were to taoe this Azuiela back to Alexandria and they talk with Rick and them when they get back, perhaps they can actually figure out a way to rebel or something. Perhaps that is the bigger picture and bigger outcome of this incredibly mild episode.

Well yeah a tamer episode was definitelly what this week's episode was, however, I think the fact that this group also has troubles with the saviors was not intended to be a concidence or anything, I really this Morgan and Carol coming across this group could lead to something bigver and possibly that 'chance' Rick and the group in Alexandria and maybe this new group too, to defeat Neegan and his bunch and free themselves of this.

Think about, neither this group or Rick's group have enough man power (numbers) to defeat Negan alone, though Rick's group would try anyway probably, but regardless, if the two groups worked together (plus if there is anyone left of the group Alexandria was partnering with at the end of last season that got them into this mess in the first place) and everyone teamed up, then they might have enough numbers altogether to win, defeat or kill Neegan and get out of their current predictament.

This mellow episode has opened up the potential for something big and for there to be a chance for both groups to possibly rebel and defeat Neegan and get out of this situation and be free of Neegan.

well, something big is going to happen, but i really think that Alexandria is going to be a casualty if there is a fight

Well maybe Alexandria wouldnt last the fight, maybe it would. It all depends if Rick and those involved take the fight away from Alexandria or simply do it as a defensive measure. Knowing Rick though, he likes the stealth tactic, for good reason.

I think if they combined with this other group there is a possibility, if everyone fights in both places, that they can maybe kill Neegan and alot of his people and free themselves from this.

Alexandria as of now probably has the biggest weapon and ammo stash and supply of any group around. It wont stay that way if they are attached to the saviors, so they will need to do it as soon as possible.

I still think that Alexandria is going to suffer if there is a fight, because i think the saviors and rick's group will also be fighting each other as well as Negan's group

The Saviors are Negan's group. I think you mean the kingdom group and Rick's group will be fighting Negan's group, the saviors.

I doubt they will be fighting each other. I thin Alexandria may unite with this other group and together fight off the Saviors or else die trying lol.


Anyway, what do we think we are going to see this episode?

Why would Alexandria and this new group fight each other? They both have the same problem with the same group.

Alexandria has the weapons and ammunition supply needed for a full scale war, it is just neither groul has enough numbers on their own, so by teaming up they may have enough number to defeat the saviors and get free of this. I really see no sense in Alexandria and the new Kingdom to fight each other and every reason for them to work together.

As for what we will see tommorow night, I think it is back to Rick and the group and se will get to see Alexandria's reaction to the news.
