Hello everyone,

I know the Walking Dead is currently a very popular TV Show (on AMC), so I figured I would create a topic just for Walking Dead Discussions!

You can post anything relating to the Walking Dead here. Discussion related to it's spin off show Fear The Walking Dead or it's comedy after show Talking Dead are also permitted in this topic.

Why would you think there? Right now there is reaaly only one group.

There is nothing left of the baseball stadium group except her (Nick before death as well), Strand and a couple other people. They might now join Morgan, Al and John now. I don't think there is really any groups anymore. Both the vultures and the former 'stadium' groups are in shambles and only have a handful still alive.

well, as i said, it was just a guess

the next season of TWD is set, but if Rick dies, so does my viewership

Based on what I have just read, it seems almost set in stone that Rick will either be killed off or atleast be leaving the show.

The show will definitelly take a ratings dive with alot of the die hard fan base leaving the show if they go that route.

that is definitely what will happen

I agree, if they were to truly get rid of Rick, I would have to consider stop watching the show.

I love Norman Reedus, but it's not the same show without Rick.

In other news though, it seems the actress playing Maggie has decided to return (atleast part time) for the show next season.

well, the brass is going more towards a female lead cast, but i think everyone will stop watching soon

Actually they want Norman Reedus (or Daryl) to step into the lead role.

Makes one wonder if Michoone is going anywhere as well as she is currently '2nd in command' under Rick so.

well, maybe, but the rumor mills all say the scene for the new season is going to be more "female friendly"

the rumors are true, the show will be more female friendly, but this will mean a MAJOR decline in viewers

well, i mean by giving Maggie and Michonne  more "leading" roles, but i think the main reason i'm going to turn it off is the fact of Rick will not be in the next season, but i will most likely not turn it off until after rick dies, but i've got a feeling that will be early in the next season

Well the rumors state he is in for atleast 6 episodes next season. It hasnt been confirmed yet tho.

Also both Maggie and Michoone already have 'leadership' roles so I dont know what you mean by giving leadership roles.

well, since Andrew Lincoln is leaving the show, they are giving the leadership roles to Maggie and Michonne, thus the "female friendly" motif, and A LOT of people will turn it off after he leaves

Actually the new lead will be Daryll according to the rumors.

no, it won't be daryl, it's most likely going to be Maggie

From what I have read its Daryl, Maggie is only a part time character now.
