Hello everyone,

I know the Walking Dead is currently a very popular TV Show (on AMC), so I figured I would create a topic just for Walking Dead Discussions!

You can post anything relating to the Walking Dead here. Discussion related to it's spin off show Fear The Walking Dead or it's comedy after show Talking Dead are also permitted in this topic.

It'll be different for sure, but I am atleast going to finish the entire season before deciding whether to watch season 10 or not.

Well season premiere was tonight. What do you guys think of it?

I think it's going back to the roots a bit and I like that. Should be a good season.

i still think Daryl  needs more bolts for his crossbow, and Rick needs to stay if they want to keep viewers watching, the countdown to the loss of viewers has begun

You do realize Rick's death is a done deal right? The season has already been filmed, his death publicly announced. The actor has decided to walk away from the show for family reasons and there is nothing AMC can do about that. I think it's only fair to give the shoe a shot after Rick's death and atleast fin8sh out this season before deciding whether to stop watching or not.

well, that's going to be the death note of the show, the final shark jump, and i'm inclined to agree, there's no show without rick, even if it's a mid season departure. thanks for 8 great seasons, switching to Z nation once rick dies

I feel as though leaving in the middle of a season, you are only seeing half the story. Which is kind of unfair, you should atleast finish out the rest of the season, so you can see the full season's story (never know you might like the 2nd half), Then once you seen the whole season, you can decide whether you want to watch the next season or not. Atleast that way you know where the story will be going for the next season and decide better whether you will like it or not.

Maybe, but you won't know for sure if the show will still be good or not after Rick's death, unless you watch to the end of the season now will you?

perhaps not, but either way, the shark jumping has been driving away viewers for quite some time, and rick's death is the final shark jump

Again though, Rick's death is only happening cause the actor is quitting. That wouldn't really count as a 'shark jump' cause they don't have a choice but to kill him off in that case.

it still counts, but this will be the final shark jump, because it's going to cost the show A LOT of viewers

You have nothing to lose by finishing the season so why not? Your basically the story half finished. You dont know if you like the new direction the show will go, unless you try it.

Your the only twd fan I know who wont stay the rest of the season. Everyone else is cause why not, there is nothing to lose. If you dont like it, not like you cant stop watching next season.

Gotta give the show a chance, see how it is without Rick. You may actually be better, as Rick's leadership skills are pretty slack right now.

Most will stick around until the end of the season, not leave 4 episodes into the season (which isnt even mid season finale yet mind you).
