Farewell Youlivenow!

why don't you guys join youlivenow.tv , i mean a lot has changed since then i mean former staff foxy has stepped down and now we dont see alot of live shows but why not go over to a drama free site like youlive for free good old times like stickam!

i'll stick with Kageshi for a bit

I am already a Youlivenow member and that is where I primarily stream when I have time to stream.

I have taken a look at this site on a couple occasions and I think it looks like a great, stable and good quality streaming website for sure.

I unfornatelly don't really stream anymore for the simple reason I am extremelly busy, so I dont have time and also the thrill of it all in general has just faded with time for me. I do still listen in to others' streams as a 'spy' or guest from time to time though, lots of good streams and stations out there.

One I get a new Youlive password (as I've forgotten & lost my other one), I will try and do a test transmission for the BGRN on this website.

If you need help resetting your password and lost password button doesn't work out, let me know. I know Steve the owner and can probably get him to manually reset it for you if need be.

I have heard via the sites Facebook that are planning all kinds of new features, such as being able record your streams right from the site (remind of you any sites by the name of Stickam and Blogtv?) which sound very cool. Don't know when that one will implemented, but just figured it was worth mentioning since they did say something about this and other potential new features on their facebook group.

i'm thinking kageshi would be place for the BGRN to check out also

And sorry, but no, Kageshi wouldn't work for me as primary streaming platform unless I had no choice. It is more of a chatting site then a full blown streaming site. People just use it to stream on as well as chat.

kageshi will work for the BGRN, so that's where i will go

I agree with you Brandon, this discussion is getting off topic. I will also say that 1mtvfan has a bad habit of doing this.

well, i am not attending any show that is not on kageshi, even if i am BGRN DJ, until the BGRN at the very least tries it

Really? So now your boycott BGRN because I, as owner like Youlive and see no reason to go on any other site. Very loyal and supportive fan you are. I would lidten to your show on kageshi, so I dont know why you wouldnt do the same for me.

So much for knowing me and listening to my station for 5 years!

i never said a boycott, i just said that i would take some time away from it until you give kageshi a try before you make a judgement on it.

In other words a boycott unless I try Kageshi. I have no problem with the site. I just will not stream on it full time, I have no reason to. Youlive works for what I need it to do. Why switch if the site I currently am using meets my needs?

the key word being try, i have been to youlive before, so i haven't called complete boycott

I never said I didn't try it before. I have run un announced test shows on it and I just feel layout isn't 100% what I am looking for, it is not bad, definitelly could work as an emergench back up site if need be. Youlive and its features and layout just suite my needs better. That is all.

Anyway, we are getting off topic anyway. The topic is strickly about Youlive.

If we or anyone wants to talk about Kageshi, we and they can do it im the Kageshi section.

Bit of an update regarding my potential BGRN cast on Youlivenow here, I haven't been able to get a new password as of yet (due to forced babysitting work and other interests) but I'll try and get the matter resolved by the end of today.

Then say it in the kageshi section. How is that so hard to do?
