Farewell Youlivenow!

First topic message reminder :

why don't you guys join youlivenow.tv , i mean a lot has changed since then i mean former staff foxy has stepped down and now we dont see alot of live shows but why not go over to a drama free site like youlive for free good old times like stickam!

it's kind of sad that we have not heard anything on the site or when it's going to be back up i'm also at a loss for words at this point in time.

I'm also at a loss in terms of what to say in relation to this matter.

we might not know if it will be back up unless we get another update or not we have not had one for months now

The url now redirects straight to some sort of scam website, so I think that just about confirms it's death .

Well I was only there once before. I am guessing it is has died now along with other streaming websites before this one

it's a shame that the site is now gone with no update or nothing in fact we didn't even see it coming

I am just guessing it's finished since its been over a year and the domain does not look like it was renewed.

This is sad news but the site was having a lot of issues in the past few years.

Sad indeed, but at least we have Camup which is a stable platform .

yes Indeed we do have camup and the site has been around just as long as yln and will be fine on camup yln will be missed but we don't have feel sad over a site that had lot's of issues camup i think has been great so far and i think we all should keep our heads up and make the best of it

It is a shame Steve sold Justcast though, as that site had a lot of users actually. It was also more financially stable.

Ya i agree when Steve Owned justcast it was great i was one of them users at one point in time.

I didn't know you used Justcast.

JustCast wasn't around too long but it was probably good when it was around. I haven't been on Cam Up yet and I don't know how it is on there. I just still with iVlog since I have had a account on there for a long time now. I am sure Cam Up is a good website just I haven't been on there yet. But it has been like that with websites like that including Stickam which I was apart of a long time ago

I apologize for mentioning this but, since the site that spawned this thread is effectively dead now, perhaps its time we locked it and move it to the dump/

 yes i was a user from 2014 and part of 2015 when steve sold it and then it was under new ownership.

Having seen Aaron's recent post, I am concluding that this thread is not dead. I therefore withdraw my suggestion to lock the thread and move it to the dump.

This topic will stay open for a bit longer, although it seems YLN is a goner officially.

Nothing from the owners and the domain name now leads to random spam sites, so who knows if the owners even own the domain anymore.

But still, until something is confirmed but the owners I will keep this open.

So the owner of Youlivenow has stated that the site has been 'taken away' from him and that he no longer has control over if and when it relaunches. Not sure exactly that is possible being as he is the owner and has not sold the site at all, but that is what he has said.

So I find it is extremely unlikely YLN will return at this point. Just figured I would give an update with the latest information I have heard.

Well, this news is certainly unfortunate. I don't know about anyone else on here, but I for one will NOT cast on it without the original owner's participation.
