Well believe it or not, there are actually some pretty decent selections in stores as well nowadays. With web chatting forever getting more and more popular.

could be why the greedy SOB's at Microsoft bought Skype and butchered it so badly. but, getting back on topic, one has to use what works for them, but they should also be expected to have to "Upgrade" in case their old equipment has been rendered obsolete and is no longer made or available
